    Qualified Investigator Logo

    In a recent survey carried out by AIFCI amongst agencies, insurers and personal injury solicitors we discovered some interesting facts:

    • One very large agency is shedding up to 18 under performing agents per month.

    • We carried out a survey amongst PI solicitors and found that up to 40% of PI Cases drop out almost immediately due to several reasons listed below in order of importance;
    1. The service received from solicitor.
    2. The service received from the agency & the agent.
    3. Speed of service
    4. Fraud

    • A Solicitors firm at the moment is spending 1,000's defending a breach of long distance selling regs, because the delivery and explanation of the CFA was poor!

    Not using the Qualified Investigator logo  yet?

    If you are an agency, insurer or solicitor and would like to use our skills mark in your marketing materials, it's free of charge.

    You pledge:

    • To recruit investigators via AIFCI and give feedback regards the performance of any individuals.
    • Pass on technical and legislation updates to the AIFCI admin team, so that AIFCI Investigators can be given additional resource packs and upskilled appropriately.

    By using the investigator skills mark what are you telling your supplier;

    • Agents have passed or are committed to a national qualification the Certificate in Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation as a minimum standard.
    • Agents adhere to codes of conduct and are monitored by AIFCI and disciplinary procedures are in place to ensure agent compliance.
    • Agents are constantly upskilled with current legislation and industry updates.
    • Agents exercise a higher standard of professionalism by using best practice.
